Gold'n'Silk Billing and Shipping Schedule

Shipping is FREE in the U.S. 

Gold'n'Silk's billing and shipping schedule is organized to have our unique curated boxes fulfilled and shipped out all at the same time regardless of when subscription orders come in during the month. To have the most efficient and speedy fulfillment between our product orders and the different subscription models, we will follow the below schedule. Please note that items typically ship within one month of successful billing, however do to supply-chain issues there maybe additional delays from merchants we purchase from -- if you do not receive your box within the normal season, please contact us (support@goldnsilk.com)

The seasonal months are February for Winter, May for Spring, August for Summer and November for Fall.

At Gold'n'Silk our goal is to offer you the best shipping, no matter where you live. We work with suppliers from around the world to source the highest quality products for you, so please keep that in mind as sometimes that delays some shipments.

For the shipping of our Subscription Boxes (Seasonal)

1. Shipping is always FREE for boxes shipped in the United States. There will be shipping charges and maybe custom / VAT charges for boxes shipped outside the United States - including Canada. In some rare cases we may also need to charge shipping to Alaska and Hawaii depending on shipping rates that we are offered.

2. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All subscription orders are batched by the 20th of each month to be sent out the following months. Subscriptions that were made after the 20th of the month will start 2 months later. For example, subscriptions made by and including January 20th will receive a box in February, while subscriptions made after January 20th (starting 21st) will receive the March box. 

3. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the our warehouse to the destination. U.S. orders are shipped by US Postal Service, and after processing, items usually take between 10 to 12 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

As soon as your products ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times. Seasonal subscription made within a the first two months of the season, will be fulfilled the same season. The subscriptions made by the 20th business days of the second month of the season prior to the shipping month. Shipping months are February, May, August, and November.

Shipping fees will also apply if outside the United States. Shipping in the U.S. is free, except in some cases with areas that are very remote or far away area like Alaska and Hawaii.   

Billing will be processed automatically on the same day of the subscription order, and billing subsequently will be processed on either the same time each season or at the first month of the season plus any applicable taxes. 

Shipments are always made the first 2 weeks of the second month in each quarter (February, May, August, November)

Auto-renewals will be processed each season  after 3 months (on the first of the quarter +Taxes) for uninterrupted shipping and the shipment will go out by the first week of the following month going forward in February, May, August, November unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Cancelations, pausing or skipping is allowed on the Seasonal Subscriptions and can be controlled in your account (you must register to gain access to this account), as long as it's done before the next billing and/or shipping cycle.
