1. How does the Gold'n'Silk subscription work?
At Gold'n'Silk, you have the opportunity to choose from a couple of subscription options. You can choose a Seasonal or Monthly subscription, and you’ll receive a the highest quality of curated mix of amazing trendy merchandize from an assortment of beauty, wellness, fashion, accessories, and treats in every box. This is in addition to one unique item from a different featured city from the world each month or season depending on which subscription you choose.
Gold'n'Silk's subscription is charged immediately after selecting a plan. You will get an email confirmation your order and will have access to your Gold'n'Silk account right away.
After you subscribe to Gold'n'Silk, your subscription will automatically renew (monthly at $56.90 or seasonally $68.90** USD 4 boxes a year) according to our billing/shipping schedule unless you decide to cancel before your next billing cycle.
**All prices are listed in USD and include shipping within the United States. Any applicable taxes will be detailed in your Gold'n'Silk invoice. Shipping fees to Canada, AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and the UK may apply. Foreign exchange or transaction fees may apply for non-US customers.
2. How long are shipping times?
Gold'n'Silk shipping happens all within the same week, typically by the first 2 weeks of each month. If you are a first time subscriber, make sure you subscribe by the 15th of the month in order to be included in that following month's shipment. For example, you must subscribe by January 15th to receive a box in February. If you subscribe between January 16-30th, you will receive the March box.
3. What's your return or exchange policy?
Gold'n'Silk does not have returns or exchanges on the subscription boxes. If you subscribe monthly, you can cancel before the next billing cycle for the month after, and the same for the seasonal subscription. Items that are purchased from the Gold'n'Silk shop can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving them. Please contact us at email@example.com with the subject line "Returns & Exchanges" within the 10 days to let us know that you will be returning your items for a full refund or for an exchange. Items beyond 10 days will not qualify for return or exchange, and all shipping and handling will be paid by the customer.
4. Can I pause, skip, or cancel my Subscription?
We pride ourselves for having the most flexible subscriptions. You can cancel, pause or skip months and seasons within your account. Please go to your account to control how often you receive your Gold'n'Silk box. For any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and write "Billing Question" within the subject line.
5. What happens if I receive the wrong item from the store or an item is defective from the store or within the box?
We value that all customers receive the highest quality products, so if any of your items are received defective in any way, please send us a picture at email@example.com with subject line "Defective Item" for a replacement.
If there’s an issue with your purchase from the shop -- then simply notify us within 10 days of receiving your order, and provide an explanation at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Contact Form (https://goldnsilk.com/pages/contact-us) and we’ll give you a full refund for items bought in the store (which may take a while to process, up to 60 days using the same payment method you paid for the product), or you can exchange it for an equivalent item with the same price.
