Gold'n'Silk™ Refund, Return, Cancel, Pause or Skip Policy

Subscription Boxes 

Since our business model depends on pre-orders, we are limited on what we are able to process. Please read the below for more details. 
    • Returns, Refunds or Exchanges of subscription - there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges allowed once payments and/or shipping has been processed/made. The only time a refund might be considered is when you do not receive your box within 30-45 days after shipment. If we have proof by the shipping company that it was delivered to your address, we will not be able to issue any refunds.
    • Cancelation of subscription - you can cancel the following month prior to your next billing renewal. If you cancel after you have been billed, then your cancelation will take effect the next month or season depending on which subscription you have chosen. 
    • Pause of Subscription - You may pause your subscription anytime within your account, but please note that if you do not stay subscribed for at least 6 months consecutively, you will not qualify for 2 free boxes* unless Gold'n'Silk is doing a special promotion targeted at your account. 
    • Skip of subscription - You may skip your subscription anytime within your account, but please note that if you do not stay subscribed for at least 6 months consecutively, you will not qualify for 2 free boxes* unless Gold'n'Silk is doing a special promotion targeted at your account.

* 2 Free Boxes are promotional offers by Gold'n'Silk that can be stopped at anytime at the discretion of Gold'n'Silk LLC, without prior written notice.

Gold'n'Silk™ Store

Items that are purchased from the Gold'n'Silk store can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving them. Please contact us at support @goldnsilk.com with the subject line "Returns & Exchanges" within the 10 days to let us know that you will be returning your items for a full refund or for an exchange. Exchanges must be for the same value product that is within our Gold'n'Silk product; shipping and handling will be paid by the customer and not by Gold'n'Silk. Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging. Items beyond 10 days will not qualify for return or exchange. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being able to be returned due to sanitary and hygienic reasons. Perishable items like food, hygiene goods such as masks, underwear, intimate products for personal use, health and personal care items, jewelry or beauty products cannot be returned. 
Once your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (could be up to 60-90 days or longer)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@goldnsilk.com.

 

Auto-Renwals 

Our subscriptions are automatically renewed for the convenience of our customers. If you would like to try a Gold'n'Silk box for a one-time purchase, you can choose the Gold'n'Silk One-Time Gift Box (on our home page). All other subscriptions will have auto-renewals and can only be canceled before the next billing cycle of that subscription type. 

Late Subscription Boxes or Store Items

Please contact us if your subscription box does not arrive by the end of the month for the month your subscription begins. Please note that your subscription begins the month after the month you subscribed. Please refer to the Billing and Shipping Schedule for more details.
