Billing & Shipping Policy & Schedule for 2021

Gold'n'Silk Billing and Shipping Schedule 

Gold'n'Silk's billing and shipping schedule is organized to have our unique curated boxes fulfilled and shipped out all at the same time regardless of when subscription orders come in during the month. To have the most efficient and speedy fulfillment between our product orders and the different subscription models, we will follow the below schedule. Please note that items typically ship within one month of successful billing, however do to Covid-19 there maybe additional delays from merchants we purchase from -- if you do not receive your box within 30 days, please contact us (support@goldnsilk.com)

At Gold'n'Silk our goal is to offer you the best shipping, no matter where you live. We work with suppliers from around the world to source the highest quality products for you, so please keep that in mind as sometimes that delays some shipments.

For the shipping of our Subscription Boxes (Monthly & Seasonal)

1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All subscription orders are batched by the 15th of each month to be sent out the following months. Subscriptions that were made after the 15th of the month will start 2 months later. For example, subscriptions made by and including January 15th will receive a box in February, while subscriptions made after January 15th (starting 16th) will receive the March box. 

2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the our warehouse to the destination. U.S. orders are shipped by US Postal Service, and after processing, items usually take between 10 to 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, especially during Covid-19.

As soon as your products ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. For any questions, please email us at support@goldnsilk.com

Spring 2021 Shipping Schedule for Subscription Boxes

First time Subscription Orders Billing Shipments
Renewals & Cancelations

Monthly Subscriptions made within the month will be fulfilled the following month.*If subscriptions were made the last 5 business days of the month, there may be a delay in shipping  

Billing will be processed automatically on the same day of the subscription order, and billing subsequently will be processed on the first of every month going forward + any applicable taxes.

Shipping fees will also apply if outside the United States. Shipping in the U.S. is free, unless in a very remote or far away area like Alaska and Hawaii. 

Shipments are always made by the first 2 weeks of each month batched by the 15th of each month to be sent out the following months. Subscriptions that were made after the 15th of the month will be sent out 2 months later. 

Example, subscriptions made by and including January 15th will receive a box in February, while subscriptions made after January 15th (starting 16th) will receive the March box.

    Auto-renewals will be processed the first of every month and the shipment will go out by the first 2 weeks of the following month going forward.

    Cancelations, pausing or skipping is allowed on the Monthly Subscriptions, and will take effect the following month as long as it's done before the next billing and/or shipping cycle.

    Shipments are always made the first 2 weeks of the second month in each quarter (February, May, August, November)

     

     

    Auto-renewals will be processed each season  after 3 months (on the first of the quarter +Taxes) for uninterrupted shipping and the shipment will go out by the first 2 weeks of the following month going forward in February, May, August, November unless canceled before the next billing cycle.


    Cancelations, pausing or skipping is allowed on the Seasonal Subscriptions and can be controlled in your account, as long as it's done before the next billing and/or shipping cycle.

    For the shipping of items bought from the Gold'n'Silk Boutique

    1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All  orders from the Gold'n'Silk store will take 3-5 business days to process if they are in our warehouse, and may take longer if we need to source them from other international warehouses.

    2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the our warehouse or our suppliers warehouse to your destination. U.S. orders are shipped by US Postal Service, and after processing, items usually take between 10 to 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, especially during Covid-19. International orders that come from suppliers from abroad may take longer up to 30-40 days.
