1. How does the Gold'n'Silk subscription work?

At Gold'n'Silk, you have the opportunity to choose from a three subscription options. You can choose:

    1. Flexible Monthly Box  (10"x8"x4")
    2. Seasonal Box (10"x8"x4")
    3. Petite Monthly Box (9"x7"x3")

By choosing GoldnSilk, you’ll be receiving a high quality, hand-picked mix of trendy merchandize that includes beauty, wellness, fashion, accessories, and treats and feature a different city in the world in each box. 

Gold'n'Silk's subscription is charged immediately after selecting a planYou will get an email confirming your order and will be able to set-up your Gold'n'Silk account right away (see #2 below).

After you subscribe to Gold'n'Silk, your subscription will automatically renew (monthly at $29.90 or $56.90 or seasonally $68.90** USD 4 boxes a year) according to our billing/shipping schedule unless you decide to cancel before your next billing cycle.** 

*All prices are listed in USD and include shipping within the United States. Any applicable taxes will be detailed in your Gold'n'Silk invoice. Shipping fees to Canada, AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and the UK may apply. Foreign exchange or transaction fees may also apply for non-US customers.

**Your billing cycle will be the date you first signed-up, you will be billed approximately around the same time period each month or every 3 months for the seasonal subscription. There will be times when GoldnSilk will reserve the time to update your account to be billed at the beginning of the month instead of later in the month; we will notify customers via email if we decide to do that.

2. How and why should I set-up my GoldnSilk Account?

After you subscribe, you should set-up your personal GoldnSilk account by registering here: https://goldnsilk.com/account/register. This account will give you full control of your subscription or product purchases. You will be able to update your mailing list, change your credit card, change your password, pause, skip a month or cancel your subscription. 

3. How long are shipping times?

Gold'n'Silk shipping happens all within the same week as we batch our shipment times. Shipping typically happens by the first week of each month. If you are a first time subscriber, make sure you subscribe by the 20th of the month in order to be included in that following month's shipment. For example, you must subscribe by January 20th to receive a box in February. If you subscribe between January 21-30th, you will receive the March box.

4. What's your return or exchange policy?

Gold'n'Silk does not have returns or exchanges on the subscription boxes. If you subscribe monthly, you can cancel before the next billing cycle for the month after, and the same for the seasonal subscriptionFor more details on our Return and Refund policy, please visit: https://goldnsilk.com/policies/refund-policy

Items that are purchased from the Gold'n'Silk shop can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving them. Please contact us at support@goldnsilk.com with the subject line "Returns & Exchanges" within the 10 days to let us know that you will be returning your items for a full refund or for an exchange. Items beyond 10 days will not qualify for return or exchange, and all shipping and handling will be paid by the customer.

5. Can I pause, skip, or cancel my Subscription?

We pride ourselves for having the most flexible subscriptions. You can cancel, pause or skip months and seasons within your account. Please set-up your account to control how often you receive your Gold'n'Silk box. For any questions, please contact us at support@goldnsilk.com and write "Billing Question" within the subject line.

6. What happens if I receive the wrong item from the store or an item is defective from the store or within the box?

We value that all customers receive the highest quality products, so if any of your items are received defective in any way, please send us a picture at support@goldnsilk.com with subject line "Defective Item" for a replacement.

If there’s an issue with your purchase from the shop -- then simply notify us within 10 days of receiving your order, and provide an explanation at support@goldnsilk.com or use the Contact Form (https://goldnsilk.com/pages/contact-us) and we’ll give you a full refund for items bought in the store (which may take a while to process, up to 60 days using the same payment method you paid for the product), or you can exchange it for an equivalent item with the same price.
