At Gold'n'Silk our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We work with suppliers from around the world to source the highest quality products for you. 

For the shipping of items bought from the Gold'n'Silk Store

1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All subscription orders are batched by the 15th of each month to be sent out the following months. Subscriptions that were made after the 15th of the month will start 2 months later. For example, subscriptions made by and including January 15th will receive a box in February, while subscriptions made after January 15th (starting 16th) will receive the March box. 

2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the our warehouse to the destination. U.S. orders are shipped by US Postal Service, and after processing, items usually take between 10 to 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, especially during Covid-19.
