1. How long are shipping times?

If the product(s) you chose are from U.S. based suppliers/manufacturer's, your products will be processed and shipped within two to seven days of your order, and then may take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. If your products are from overseas suppliers, then your products will be processed and shipped within three to ten days of your order, and then may take up to four to six weeks to reach your doorstep. Most of Gold'n'Silks products are shipped from the United States, so most likely they will reach you between 4-14 days, and we encourage our customers to order well in advanced especially around the holiday seasons.

2. What's your return policy?

You may request a refund and return no later than 14 days after ordering your product, regardless if you had received it or not - please do not wait for more than 14 days to notify us if your products had not arrived. 3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product and within 2 days from date of order. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please return the item back to this address: P.O. Box 391143, Cambridge, MA 02139 (you will be responsible for the shipping expense).

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us within 5 days of receiving your order, and provide an explanation at or use the Contact Form ( and we’ll give you a refund (which may take a while to process, up to 60 days using the same payment method you paid for the product).
